pnfTrading.com provides a web-based Point & Figure charting application for technical analysis of financial markets, including:

Real-time and historical price charts
Pattern detection and trendline analysis
Drawing tools and annotations
Multi-exchange data integration
Chart export and sharing features

3. Use License

3.1 Grant of License

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own trading analysis and education.

3.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Service's code or materials
Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

3.3 Termination

This license may be terminated immediately if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and destroy any downloaded materials.

Attacking, hacking or attempting to breach the system
Using bots, scripts or automated tools
Uploading viruses, malware or malicious code
Overloading or disrupting the service

Prohibited behavior in the community

Harassing, threatening or bullying other users
Posting obscene, violent or illegal content
Spamming, advertising or sending junk messages
Impersonating or providing misleading information

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

Fraudulent or illegal activity
Abuse of the Service
Extended inactivity (2+ years)

We do not have access to or store your API keys

are owned by pnfTrading.com and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any charts, drawings, or annotations you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

13. Affiliate Program (Chương trình Đối tác Giới thiệu)

13.1 Eligibility and Participation

Users with verified email addresses may participate in the pnfTrading Affiliate Program to earn commissions by referring new customers.

13.2 Commission Rates and Attribution Window

Commission Rate: The default commission rate is 20% of net payments received from referred users, unless an alternative rate has been mutually agreed upon in writing.
Attribution Period: Referrals are attributed using a 30-day click attribution window. Once attributed, recurring commissions apply to all qualifying subscription payments made by the referred user within 12 months of their initial attribution date.
Holding Period: Earned commissions remain in a pending status for a holding period of 14 days to account for refunds and transaction disputes before becoming available for withdrawal.

13.3 Payouts and Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal threshold is 200,000 VND (or equivalent currency threshold).
Payouts are processed via domestic bank transfer upon manual review and approval by administrators.

13.4 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

Self-Referral Prohibition: You may NOT use your own affiliate links or codes to subscribe to services for yourself or through alternate accounts owned, controlled, or associated with you. Self-referrals will not generate commissions.
No Spam or Deceptive Advertising: You agree not to distribute referral links via unsolicited mass messaging (spam), misleading promotional material, search engine bidding on pnfTrading brand trademarks, or cookie-stuffing mechanisms.
Right to Forfeit: pnfTrading reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions and suspend or terminate affiliate accounts found to be in violation of these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless pnfTrading.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your trading decisions or financial losses

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming for resolution of any disputes.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pnfTrading.com regarding use of the Service.
